The Dishes We're Excited About Right Now.
The season is starting to wake up again, which means Cookie is back to doing one of her favorite things — changing menus and looking ahead.
If you're looking for fresh catering menu ideas for your next gathering, here are a few dishes we're especially excited about right now.

Sesame-Crusted Seared Ahi Tuna
Lightly seared ahi tuna with a black-and-white sesame crust, served over crisp cucumber with a dollop of creamy wasabi sauce and fresh microgreens. A beautiful, flavorful bite that's perfect for passing at a cocktail party.
“I love appetizers that look beautiful but are easy for guests to enjoy. The sesame crust gives the tuna a little crunch, the cucumber keeps everything fresh, and it's just the right size for one delicious bite.”

Chilean Sea Bass with Tropical Mango Salsa
Tender, buttery Chilean sea bass topped with a bright mango salsa, served with creamy mashed potatoes and glazed citrus carrot. A beautiful balance of rich, delicate flavors and fresh, colorful ingredients.
“I love Chilean sea bass because it has such a wonderful buttery texture. It doesn't need much to make it special. The mango salsa adds a little sweetness and freshness that balances the fish's richness. It's elegant without being complicated, which is exactly how I like to cook.”

Profiteroles with Chocolate Sauce
Delicate French pastry puffs filled with creamy vanilla custard and finished with a drizzle of rich chocolate sauce. A classic dessert that's simple, elegant, and always a favorite.
“I love a classic dessert that never goes out of style. Profiteroles are light, a little indulgent, and the perfect sweet ending to a beautiful dinner. And really, who's going to turn down chocolate?”
These are just a few things coming out of Cookie's kitchen. Every gathering is different, and that's what we love about what we do — creating something that feels right for you and your guests.
Whether you're planning an intimate dinner or a house full of friends, we'd love to hear what you have in mind.
Cheers, Cookie & Dana
