Why we sometimes say NO!

We don’t often talk about this, but it felt worth sharing.

From time to time, we’re asked about dates that were initially discussed but are no longer available because other events have been confirmed in the meantime. Our calendar remains active, and dates are secured once commitments are made.

Recently, that situation came up.

While the event itself was meaningful, the timing and expectations meant we wouldn’t have been able to give it the level of care and attention we believe every gathering deserves. So we chose to say no.

That decision is never made lightly.

Experience has taught us that calendars don’t stretch—even when expectations try to.

For us, saying yes means being fully present—showing up prepared, supported, and able to deliver the experience we promise. It means honoring our team, our partners, and the clients who have already placed their trust in us.

We know not every approach is right for every client. And that’s okay.

Our work is built on intention, respect, and thoughtful planning. When those values are shared, the result is an event that feels calm, seamless, and genuinely enjoyable—for everyone involved.

That’s the standard we hold ourselves to, every time.

If you choose to work with us, you can trust that your event will never be rushed, overextended, or treated as “one more.” It will be handled with care, from the first conversation to the final bite.

Cheers 🥂
